Registration 2022-2023

Registration begins Monday, August 1.  Book fees will be discounted $10 through Wednesday August 10. All students need to be registered by Monday, August 15. While registration will take place entirely online, families can make an appointment if they need help with registration.

If you need to enroll new students in our district, you'll need to start by filling out an online application form. After you complete this form, our secretaries will be notified and review your submission. Once they approve your enrollment, you'll receive an additional email with instructions on completing the rest of your students' registration.

You can return your form via one of the options below. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can contact Sandy and she’ll mail you a copy of the form.

Registration is online once again. You will need to access your PowerSchool Parent Portal account in order to access the registration forms for your student(s). 

If you do not remember your Parent Portal account login information, you can use the forgot password link on the login screen. If you have trouble with that, you are also welcome to email Trish for help.

You will need to use a computer or tablet to access the registration forms, as they are not compatible with smartphones.

PowerSchool Registration Instructions

  1. Login to your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account
    •  If you don’t remember your password, there is a forgot password link on the login page. If you have trouble, you can contact Trish for help
    • If you are new to our district and don’t have an account yet, check for an email from Trish with information about creating your account. If you don’t have one, contact her for help.
  2. Click on FORMS on the menu on the left.
  3. Click on the Enrollment tab
  4. Click on the 1. Student Demographics form to get started
  5. As you complete each form, you will need to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page in order to move on to the next section.
  6. You can save a form and return to it later, if necessary.

If you have multiple students, you will need to complete the process for each student. All of your students will be listed in the menu bar at the top left of the page. Click on the name of the next student, and then click on Forms again and then go to the Enrollment tab.

PaySchools Payment Instructions

The final form of the registration process includes a link to the PaySchools Central website. If you need to create an account or add a student to your account, you will need the student's ID, which is displayed on the form.

Meal balances

In PaySchools Central, you will see your student's meal balances displayed at the top of the page. You can click on the shopping cart icon next to their balance and you will be prompted to add an amount of your choice to the account. 

You can also set up Auto Replenishment (in the menu on the right). The system will automatically deposit money when account balances reach a level that you determine. 

Assigned and Optional Fees

Click on the ASSIGNED FEES button at the bottom of the page, it will display the required fees that have been assigned to your student(s). Please click on the shopping cart next to each one to put them in your cart and pay for them.

Click on the OPTIONAL FEES button, it will display the optional items that are available, such as Memory Book, Yearbook, and Athletic tickets. These have NOT been assigned to your students, but can be added to the cart as well.

Balance Notifications

In the menu on the right, click on Notifications to view your options for receiving alerts about low balances. You can adjust the settings to your personal preferences. Be sure to click the Update button at the bottom to save any changes you make.
